Meet Our Coaches
Vivian Aultman - Co-Owner - Master Coach
Vivian's love for volleyball started by just tossing a ball with a friend in P.E. every day. That sparked her interest in the sport which lead to her helping found the West Monroe High School volleyball program and was instrumental in the success of the team during the early stages. Her passion for the game grew during her playing days where she now enjoys instilling the same passion into girls who play the sport today. Vivian is currently the Assistant Coach at Neville High School and oversees all coaching and player training for the academy.
Reece Aultman - Co-Owner - Operations
Reece was a 3-year volleyball player on the Louisiana Tech Men's Club Volleyball team and is currently a volleyball referee at the High School, Collegiate, & Club levels. He has a passion for giving the youth the opportunities to play the sport and brings his business knowledge to manage the day-to-day logistics for the academy.
Jayny Ramsey - Coach
Jayny was a 4-year volleyball player at West Monroe High School and has experience playing club volleyball as well. Nicknamed "Ram", she has a passion for coaching volleyball and will be attending Louisiana Tech University to pursue a Secondary Education degree to one day become a volleyball coach at the high school ranks.
Madalyn Kenly - Coach
Madalyn was a 4-year volleyball player at West Monroe High School and has experience playing club volleyball as well. Madelyn has a tender heart and passion for coaching volleyball to the younger generation. She will be attending Louisiana Tech University to pursue a Kinesiology degree to work in Sports Medicine while coaching volleyball.
