Open to athletes entering 1st-8th grade. Play in the only Youth Rec Volleyball League in Northeast Louisiana!
We are excited to be partnering with Jeffrey Cage of Synergy Wellness to provide speed and agility training for all our area volleyball athletes. These 45 minute sessions will include instructional time of how to use your body in explosive manners that translate to results on the volleyball court. Trainings are open to all ages and no previous experience required.
