Our Summer Camps are open for registration. We have options for athletes entering K-12th grade, experienced or new to the game!
We are excited to be partnering with Jeffrey Cage of Synergy Wellness to provide speed and agility training for all our area volleyball athletes. These 45 minute sessions will include instructional time of how to use your body in explosive manners that translate to results on the volleyball court. Trainings are open to all ages and no previous experience required.
