MEET THE OWNERS
REECE & VIVIAN AULTMAN
Vivian's initial goal in November 2023 was to begin introducing the game of volleyball to the local youth so that they have a baseline understanding of how to play the game before they get to high school. But that goal has now evolved into a vibrant community that welcomes both new and experienced players to the sport. Through recreational leagues, camps, private lessons, and travel teams, Vivian and Reece are dedicated to making volleyball accessible to everyone in Northeast Louisiana.
The Aultman's were born and raised in West Monroe and are high school sweethearts. This is why their passion about the growth and success of volleyball in their hometown is prevalent. They have 2 dogs, Beau and Bentley, and are expecting their first child, Noah Christopher, in October 2025.

Vivian started coaching when she was a senior in high school. and she helped start the West Monroe HS program. She has coached at NELA Elite, Revive, Downsville Charter, Neville HS, and now AVA for the past 4 years. She will graduate from Louisiana Tech with an Early Childhood Education degree where she will teach Elementary school.

Reece played Men's Club Volleyball at Louisiana Tech for 3 years as a Outside Hitter and Setter. He specializes in Private Lessons and helping assist our coaches during club practices & camps.

Keyanna ("Key") grew up in Alabama and played for Southern Select VBC. She played collegiately at Loyola University New Orleans as a Middle Blocker & now dipping into the coaching realm!

Jayny was a 4-year volleyball player at West Monroe High School and has experience playing club volleyball as well. Nicknamed "Ram", she has a passion for coaching volleyball and will be attending Louisiana Tech University to pursue a Secondary Education degree to one day become a volleyball coach at the high school ranks.

Madalyn was a 4-year volleyball player at West Monroe High School and has experience in club as well. Madalyn has a tender heart and passion for coaching volleyball to the younger generation. She will be attending Louisiana Tech University to pursue a Kinesiology degree to work in Sports Medicine while coaching volleyball.

Katie is currently the Assistant Coach for CHA homeschool team here in West Monroe, and she was a former player for 7 years at CHA. Katie also has 3+ years experience playing travel volleyball.

Emery has been the Head JV Volleyball Coach for CHA homeschool team now for 2 years, and she was a former player for 7 years at CHA. Emery also has experience playing travel volleyball.

Lillian has been coaching for 3+ years. She was a former volleyball player at West Monroe HS and currently the Assistant Coach at WMHS. She's currently studying Psychology at ULM.
