MEET THE OWNERS

Vivian started coaching when she was a senior in high school, and she helped start the West Monroe HS program. She has coached at NELA Elite, Revive, Downsville Charter, Neville HS, and now AVA for the past 4 years. She graduated from Louisiana Tech in Early Childhood Education and is a kindergarten teacher in Ouachita Parish.

Reece grew a love for the game from passing in the backyard with Vivian during their high school years. After playing collegiate football at Southeastern Louisiana, he came back home & played for the Men's Club Volleyball at Louisiana Tech for 3 years as a Outside Hitter and Setter. He specializes in Private Lessons and helping assist our coaches during club practices & camps.

Keyanna ("Key") grew up in Alabama and recently moved to West Monroe & just got married to her husband, Caleb! Key played for Southern Select VBC and collegiately volleyball at Loyola University New Orleans as a Middle Blocker. She currently serves as an Assistant Coach for Neville HS.

Jayny was a 4-year volleyball player at West Monroe High School and has experience playing club volleyball as well. Nicknamed "Ram", she has a passion for coaching volleyball and is attending Louisiana Tech University to pursue a Secondary Education degree to one day become a volleyball coach at the high school ranks. She currently serves as an Assistant Coach at Neville HS.

Madalyn was a 4-year volleyball player at West Monroe High School and has experience in club as well. Madalyn has a tender heart and passion for coaching volleyball to the younger generation. She is attending Louisiana Delta, and she is currently an Assistant Coach at Neville HS.

Emery has been the Head JV Volleyball Coach for CHA homeschool team now for 2 years, and she was a former player for 7 years at CHA. Emery also has experience playing travel volleyball for NELA Elite. We love her tender heart to serve our community and bring the game of volleyball to everyone!

Lillian has been coaching for 3+ years. She was a former volleyball player at West Monroe HS and currently the Assistant Coach at Neville HS. She's currently studying Psychology at ULM and a member of the Phi Mu sorority.

Sydnee is from Cibolo, TX and is currently a Sophomore on the LA Tech volleyball team as a Right Side. She's played volleyball for 11 years now at Steele HS, STVA, & Alamo VBC. She is currently majoring in Business CIS & enjoys hanging out with friends!

Gabby is from Lancaster, TX and is currently a Sophomore on the LA Tech Volleyball team as a OH/RS. She's played volleyball for 11 years and track & field for 8 years. She is studying Business Administration, and outside of volleyball she enjoys listening to music and watching Star Wars.

Shelby is from Cullman, AL and is currently a Sophomore on the LA Tech Volleyball team as a L/DS. She has 12 years of volleyball experience and played for Alabama Performance VBC for club. She is currently majoring in Business Management with a minor in Graphic Design.

Cameron is a DFW, TX native where she competed in one of the top indoor & beach clubs in the nation. She played all 4 years collegiately at ULM where she is the all-time career Aces and second-most Digs program leader. She is currently pursuing her Masters in Business Administration at ULM.

Kiya is from Shreveport, LA where she played for Calvary HS. She was a AVCA Phenom Watch List player and 2x All-District MVP and a Shreveport Times Player of the Year where she then played collegiately at Ouachita Baptist Univ. She recently married her middle school sweetheart and is currently pursuing a Pre-Professional Speech Pathology major at LA Tech.
